Dr Kenneth Onu is a caring Ophthalmologist by profession. His other love is personal empowerment.

After years of concentrated study, reading hundreds and hundreds of books, listening to numerous audio programs , watching countless video presentations and attending lots of seminars and lectures around the world, Dr Onu can call himself an accomplished Growth Mentor.

Born in Nigeria, West Africa. The son of Dr Peter Onu, one of Africa’s leading diplomats and Josephine Onu, a  dynamic school teacher, he grew up in several countries including Germany, where he spent his formative years and studied medicine.

This exposure to different cultures and religions are as he states the reason for his open mindedness and versatility.

He currently resides on the beautiful Caribbean Island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

He is the founder of Spread The Word and Attract Freedom, two organizations that deal primarily with the empowerment of individuals.

His vision is to “positively change mindsets one person at a time, using the channels of education, seminars and private coaching”.  He is also a dynamic motivational speaker!

Dr. Onu loves to travel, eat exotic food, meet new people and is an ambassador for personal development.  He  is an Expert Author and writes frequently on- and offline on various topics ranging from Personal Growth to Eye Care.

He believes that “We are all one and that what we do to others we in-turn do to ourselves”.  He accepts as true that whatever we want, we must first be prepared to give.

His personal motto? ‘Do today what others don’t, to have tomorrow what others won’t!”
